This questionnaire is designed to help us match up ferrets with owners. It is not a test you can pass or fail but a tool used to help us make your experience with your new ferret the best possible. Please take the time to fill in all questions as best you can.

Part of the adoption process is that you the adopter will sign a contract promising that you will care for the ferret(s) in a responsible and humane way, and if you are ever unable to care for this ferret(s) you agree to bring them back to Little Hearts Ferret Rescue or take the ferret(s) to the Humane Society and ask them to contact us.
